Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga In-Person

A well rounded Gentle practice of seated, standing, and supine poses as well as twists and backbends that work the whole body. The sequence strengthen, stretches, and aligns. A great practice for beginners looking to build more body awareness. You will leave felling a little more supple, energized, and calm. 

Bring your own mat, towel, and/or blocks. 

Yoga will meet in the Rain Gardens behind the library. Follow the walking path towards the bridge at Academy Cove, and turn right onto the white shell walking path that leads behind the building. In the event of inclement weather, program will be held in the library Meeting Room.
