Evening Flow Yoga In-Person
Grab your mat, towel, and/or blocks, and join us for an evening of Flow Yoga. This event will be held outdoors on the library lawn, weather permitting.
Deepen your practice with continuous yoga flow emphasizing transitioning slowly in and out of essential postures. Experience energetic sequences that are designed to cleanse and support all of your body systems giving you a well-rounded workout that will awaken your physical and mental strength.
