Grab your mat, towel, and/or blocks, and join us for a virtual morning of gentle yoga. This event will be held outside on the library lawn, weather permitting.
A well rounded Gentle practice of seated, standing, and supine poses as well as twists and backbends that work the whole body. The sequence strengthen, stretches, and aligns. A great practice for beginners looking to build more body awareness. You will leave felling a little more supple, energized, and calm.
